This project includes two underground water tanks, sewer, storm water, water main, retaining walls, concrete driveways and landscaping. The site was very steep making access difficult particularly with sever rain which occurred throughout the duration of the job.
The client wanted a useable backyard and to extend the paved area. A timber retaining wall was built and topsoil imported to raise the yard to level, which was then turfed.
